As a member of the Norwegian Anthropological Association, you can take part in an engaged, enthusiastic professional environment while at the same time helping to create interest in and about anthropologists as a professional group.
Lead Coordinator of Why the World Needs Anthropology conference 2019, Pardis Shafafi, said during the closing:"I don't know of any people that love their subject as much as anthropologists do". Many anthropologists express that they feel they lose their roots when they go into working life, and we want to work to maintain this sense of belonging to the anthropology community after you finish school.
